7th Asia-Europe Young Volunteers Exchange (AEYVE) - 5-19 Nov 2008

We are pleased to inform you about our upcoming event, the 7th Asia-Europe Young Volunteers Exchange (AEYVE) - Intercultural Approaches to Sustainable Development: Volunteering for today and tomorrow: How to foster sustainable choices among volunteers and local communities?, from 5th November to 19th November 2008. In 2008 the project is entirely based in Asia for the first time with the preparation and evaluation meetings taking place in Singburi, Thailand.

The project is co-organised by the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) and the Coordinating Committee for International Voluntary Service (CCIVS) and will be bringing together up to 40 motivated youth trainers and leaders active in the area of youth, training, capacity building and non-formal education.Background information on the event, including the criteria for participation, have been enclosed for your perusal. Please note that there is a double call – one for hosting organisations and one for participants.
